You can also try using another softwear which doesnt kill your fps, try a few out and you may find one that suits you the most! and the watermark imo should be shrinked in all of your future videos I think -

Yeah the anticheat does that sometimes. You can either do /report username in game, or you can report cheaters on https://pika-network.net/report/ with valid proof that they are cheating.- qHadz

some new maps would be awesome. I wouldn't mind if they were even just redesigns/copies of hypixel's or any other servers maps. Also some maps should have slower and some maps should have faster gens -
