+1 I agree because faction points don't really work well for competitive factions where one faction not only raids another faction to wipe them off the F top, but also to take their spawners. With faction points being the main source of F value for the biweekly payouts, raiding loses its value...
As you mentioned it is not a bug. The damage was reduced to balance it with the new pvp mechanics. If you want your suggestion to be considered, you must make a suggestion here.
