Insulting and Scamming

Hello, my ing is LazaSRB. To keep this short a player named LT_dovydasmc scammed me, than spammed public chat with things like:"I only scam scammers" "Don't cry cause I scammed you" etc. Than he, get this called me gay. Best insult 10/10. I was just wondering if this is punishable cause it took...
