Blatant Hackers on Pika

This situation worries me. Staff members need to be more careful when checking reports. I've seen cases where users submit recordings of hackers but the reports get rejected because of "Insufficent evidence". It's obvious that something fishy is going on. Like people blinking or autoblocking...
