Putting this into the game seems like a waste of time. Level doesn't always show how good the player is , player could be level 80 or higher and their skills could still be mediocre at best. -1- Incose420

Leveling up would become too easy if a player had permanent EXP boost , (Couldn't you just use personal boosters for that , I don't really see a reason for such update). -1- Incose420
