Server issue

Hello, can you help me with this pika network issue? When I log in, the server freezes and I can’t use any commands and chat. Then it just kicks me out after a few seconds with “An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host” error. VPN fixes this problem btw, but I don’t want to...
