Accepted less hackers in op factions by self-cleaning factions.
I think implementing a faction warn system would be the right way to go, but the warns shouldn't go directly to the owner. Well even though AC can be bypassed by a custom client, that is the case with the majority of all anti-cheat even the best anti-cheats can't even detect ghost clients.
