    Most likely it is because the timing of when the cables were cut, you were having a good ping of 120. For other players (including me) who are not affected by the cables, our ping has been very stable during the time.

    It all depends on the duration you took. And as I said above it depends on the outcome, not the strategy you are using, the context does not matter. If you prolonged the game making your opponent unable to fight you for a peroid of time, then it would be camping.
