We don't 'ban the account' if you're talking about IP-bans. I think that you're talking about ban evasion, which is when you use another account to play on the server when the other account is IP-banned.- Cradlless

That's because it's an IP-ban. Anyone playing in the your region/IP will be punished too. We do this to prevent evasion and there's no alternative to fix it.- Cradlless

Players already get another chance if they've been banned before, except a few punishments (e.g., duping, chargebacking). They can improve upon getting punished and start following the server rules. -1, This would thus take a lot of time for staff members, and we are not Jartex. We are also not looking for an approach like this. It also doesn't make sense to unban them after they've broken rules. After all, appeals are meant for false punishments; not for second chances.- Cradlless
