OP Lifesteal Remove tp cooldown
Teleport cooldown is for safety. Sometimes we accept the wrong teleport by mistake, and the cooldown gives us 10 seconds to decide if it’s real or fake. Since trapping is allowed in OPL, the cooldown is useful and makes sense. I don't agree with u- Antispiral10
