It is ruined because opsb is added so all players of csb shifted to opsb from csb j think that's a reason.

Why are you all even complaining? I'm very thankful for this decision. Let me share with you all my thoughts:

• OneBlock --> New Gamemode, attracts more players, more players playing --> active gamemode
• SkyBlock to OneBlock means: The island gets an update. OH NO. Players were destroying the whole island anyways to build their own...
• The gamemode is open for new ideas and suggestions on improvements, devs always welcome suggestions. Feel free to suggest anything that makes the gamemode better.
• Basically OneBlock is just a good feature/addition to SkyBlock. So don't complain about it. DON'T F****** COMPLAIN ABOUT A NAME CHANGE, THANKS!

Being probably one of the OLDEST Pika-Network players who grew up on Skyblock since 2014, I have to disagree. OneBlock and Skyblock are two seperate gamemodes. They are nothing alike. The only similarities between the both is its "sky based". With this logic, you could say Skymines is an update of Skyblock.

As a seperate gamemode, yeah sure, Oneblock is pretty cool. However, to replace one of the oldest gamemodes on pika for it is absolutley insaine. Its nothing like skyblock whatsoever other than the fact that your in the sky.

With Skyblock, you could make your island exactly how you wanted it. There was so much creativity with it. You could get any block at any time. Back then, you could chose to either be a grinder, or a builder (or just pure PVP as i know some people just played for that). But they've taken out the creative side of it. Its just pure grind - and a boring grind at that. The fact that you have to mine ONE block for HOURS is crazy. And the blocks being random is also crazy. Mining all day just to get some stacks of NICE blocks like bruh...

Sadly, Skyblock died due to it being quote on quote "dead" - when in reality, the devs KILLED it by making a season last almost TWO YEARS. ANY gamemode would be dead if it lasted that long. Despite the amount of complaints of us asking multiple times for REGULAR resets, we got ignored. And the proof was shown after every reset, there would be 100+ players on REGULARY, untilllll a few months time and everyone had completed it and got bored. Then the server would just rot for a year and a half after that.

The fact that we cannot buy any blocks that we want is bad, yes, agree.
But if SkyBlock is SkyBlock with just a block on your island that can be broken again and again, where would the issue be?

By the way SkyMines is so far from being a upgrade of SkyBlock. On SkyBlock you are on your island mostly, on SkyMines, an island is optional...

LOL, all these complaints about CSB… it was sht. Ice SB was when so-called “Skyblock” was actually good, so what are you even crying about? You complain about blocks and not being able to buy them, but don’t even stop to think for two seconds… use your brain before saying stuff like that LOL.

Back in the day, you had to grind blocks with a generator and actually earn money to get what you wanted. Mining one block 20k times? Not a big deal, LOL. If that’s too much for you, that’s just laziness. And you can still buy blocks from other players — it’s really not that complicated. “2014 player” who probably never even touched real Skyblock, by the looks of it LOL.
