Important [READ BEFORE APPEALING]

Appeal Information

In order to ensure that all players feel comfortable and respected at all times, we have set up a list of regulations which can be found HERE. Our staff members try to deal with as many rule breakers as they face. Though, it might happen that you get punished falsely or questionably by either the console or one of our staff members. Therefore you have the possibility to appeal your punishment.

Important notes regarding appeals:

• Creating multiple appeals for the same offence is not allowed.
• Use common sense in your appeal. We understand it can be frustrating to get punished falsely, but using aggressive language in your appeal won't help anyone.
• Don't lie in your appeal. Getting caught lying will get your appeal denied instantly.
• If you have been punished by a former staff member, your appeal will most likely get denied. This is because we are interested in both sides of the story and not only yours. That's why we recommend you to appeal as soon as you can.
