Did u open a ticket before or after buying a rank transfer? If not then open a payment relented ticket and tell the account you want to transfer rank to

I opened a ticket after buying a rank transfer, but i haven't wrote the new accounts name, since it doesn't say anywhere you have to.

It usually takes about 1-7 days for a response atleast that's what I have noticed with my past experience with tickets.
