Depends on your playstyle.

You could do Vampire and Fallen Angel, that's what I use, its used for an aggresive play or risky fights or 2v1s, vamp is a must tho.

You also can do Vampire + Guardian, good for starters, like if you have low vamp or not as good on fights, guardian could help, it makes you very tanky and its underrated.

Vampire + Paladin is possible. Healing + Regeneration, good combo for fighting lots at the same time, good at crowded maps like Desert. Unless you got a high vamp, Paladin isnt useful for it. But its a decent one.
