Detailed description:

First Ban Evasion Offense

-90-day ban.
-Final warning added to the player's account.
-Explanation provided regarding ban evasion rules.

Second Ban Evasion Offense

- Permanent ban.
This system would still strongly discourage ban evasion while allowing players who made a genuine mistake to have one final opportunity to return and follow the rules.
I believe replacing first-time permanent ban evasion punishments with a lengthy temporary ban would create a fairer system while still protecting the server from intentional rule breakers. It would help distinguish between players who deliberately evade bans and those who made an honest mistake, giving deserving players a second chance while keeping strict consequences for repeat offenders.

Reason(s):
Not every ban evasion case is intentional. Some players may not know that one of their accounts is banned, may have forgotten about an old account, or may not fully understand the server's rules regarding alternate accounts.
A permanent ban removes any opportunity for these players to return and contribute positively to the community, even if they had a strong history on the server and invested significant time and money into it.
A 90-day ban would still be a serious punishment while giving players one final chance to follow the rules.

Example(s):
For example, my main account is Super_HG and I received a permanent ban for ban evasion because of my alternate account, UncleJonh.
In my case, I was unaware that the alternate account was banned. Since the system treats ban evasion very seriously, my main account was permanently banned immediately.
While I understand why ban evasion is punished, situations like this show that not every case is done with malicious intent. A long temporary ban would have allowed me to understand the mistake and avoid it in the future.
