I created a Support Ticket about resetting my password but still. I don't get any reply from admins.

You need to have patience normally it takes 1-2 weeks and if an Admin isn't busy they try to respond as fast they can and we get tons of tickets everyday so have patience.
Everyone don't have to answer the same thing again.
