dumb idea [no offense]
I suggest to make it for free, and you ONLY have 2 times of transfering.

some people wish they could transfer their rank to other servers but they dont want to waste 10 euro, or maybe they dont have money...

Thanks for the suggestion, however this is something the Owner decides, and his decision was 10 euros Rank Transfer.

Which if you think about it properly is not a "dumb idea" as you choose to call it. It helps reduce players scamming to get free ranks, etc. Keeping track of how many times a player has transferred his ranks will also be a bit difficult. We tend to have players from years ago returning, for such a large playerbase, keeping such records is a bit difficult.
