Detailed description:
Before the reset to Classic Skyblock I added the functionality for the use of </is ban>. This command allows island owners to ban a visitor if they deem it necessary for their or the islands well being. I have lost count of the trolls who repeatedly ruined the game play for users, adding this command back will satisfy the players and even possibly slightly reduce on the spam staff get when they join CSB. I am not sure of the reason it was removed after the reset but personally I think it was a bad move.
