Strange Donation Page

Hi, I'm Wolf
I was banned in August, I'll buy an unban this summer but that's off the topic.
When I go to the store under my username (xXWolfModeXx) it seems I'm a Custom+ although I only bought Donator+

And

It seems like I'm Custom+ ingame, although I didn't buy it. Weird.
Can anyone explain this? Thanks :)​
