Spawners not dropping

so around 7:41 AM PST,December 12th2016 I mined a blaze spawner in my grinder using a pickaxe with silk touch. However the spawner did not drop. I'm a VIP and should be able to mine spawners with silk touch. Below I have proof of this.

It says Blaze spawner broken. I mined it with silk touch. I'm also VIP and should be able to make it drop. Is this glitch or something? and could someone please get me my spawner back?

Unfortunately, VIP ranks cant mine spawners I mean that they wont drop(Skylord+ got this perk)!
So you will not be able to to get your spawners back :(

Oh really? It said in the spawner shop that only members couldn't mine spawners :L

They just said it... Yes. Skylords or above ranks can mine a spawner.

Only donators with "SKY" in the name are able to mine spawners in classic skyblock.
