Ok there is a command called /f title that basically puts something behind your name.
As you go up the rankings you can unlock it, when you reach moderator you can /f title vSyndrome [Or other name] but when you reach co-leader you cannot use it
The text shown is You must Be A Faction Moderator To Do That.
This is pretty weird
