I would like everyone to use caution in skywars because there is an average of 2 hackers per game. I think the best way to combat this problem is for the Watch Dog plugin to be added, but for as long as we have nothing stopping them just watch out for hackers. Here are some tips to make it more fair to PVP them.
#1- Get them under ground. If they have no room to fly they cant use that against you.
#2- Use traps. draw them into a trap and place lava in a small hole with them.
#3- Don't jump when you are in the middle of PVP with a hacker. the more you jump the higher the chance of them knocking you off the edge.
