► Support Ticket Questions
Whilst creating a support ticket, there are questions which are asked. Following is a brief explanation of those questions and it is required for all fields to be filled:
Username:
Listed below are some of the common issues often faced by players:
False punishments
If you feel you were falsely punished you may create an appeal in order to have it revoked. If your previous appeal was already denied, your only option left is to wait out the rest of your punishment if temporary.
Blocked by Anti-VPN
The main reason for this issue to occur is if you are using a VPN. Turn your VPN off and reconnect to the server and the issue should be resolved. If you are not using a VPN / want to get whitelisted as a VPN user you can create an appeal.
Compromised account or forgotten password
Incase you have forgotten the password to your PikaNetwork account or your account was compromised, you may create a password reset request in order to get it changed. Requesting a password reset for an account you do not own or on behalf of someone else is not possible. If your email is linked to your PikaNetwork account, you can type /resetpassword in order to get a confirmation email and have it reset (without needing to submit a request).
Join using Username, not USERNAME
This issue occurs mainly when another account with the same username is already registered on the server therefore you will need to join using the recommended username and match the capitalization as told by the server.
Rule breakers or exploiters
If you have encountered any rule breakers, cheaters or people abusing certain bugs and exploits on any of our platforms, you may create a player report with valid evidence. In cases of duplicated votes on our vote page, these votes are automatically filtered out by the owners towards the end of the month.

- About Discord - Issues such as joining the discord server, being falsely punished, linking your discord account can be stated here.
- Connection issues - Issues such as connecting to our minecraft server, having a false VPN screen popup can be stated here.
- Denied staff application - Queries regarding your denied Staff Application can be stated here.
- Missing prize - Issues such as not obtaining your prize from one of our hosted giveaways or payouts can be stated here.
- Something else - Any general issue which is not stated above can be stated here.
