Ranked Spleef​

Detailed description:

Basically add a ranked mode for spleef, as there is for all other gamemodes.​

Reason(s):

1. A lot has changed since the last time this was suggested. Now camping is no longer an issue, as more snowballs are given, meaning one can no longer camp. This means there should be no issues with ranked spleef

2. It will give players, (like me) who enjoy spleef, a place to play ranked matches.

3. A ranked version exists for all other game modes, hence I can't see a reason it shouldn't exisit for spleef​

Moreover, this mode would not get active players in the slightest. Ranked gamemodes that get tons of players on unranked still take minutes to queue at times, now imagine that for a gamemode with a peak of 6 CCU on unranked.
