Detailed description:

Whenever Vampire and Fallen Angel perks work, it shows a message in chat, saying "Your Fallen Angel perk hit [Opponent's Name] for 50% Extra Damage" and with Vampire "Your Vampire perk has healed you for "--%" of the damage you dealt"
This can be done with every other perk too.​

Reason(s):

It'd give us a better perspective of how useful the perks are.​
