My password changed

Hello when I log on to Pika Network and try to enter my password it says wrong password and im sure its not. It may be a bug i dont know can u pls fix it.

Hello, hello try to make a password reset request and provide us with any evidence you got that you are the owner of the account. We can not change passwords or reset them to any player if he does not provide us with evidence. Also if you account is old like two or three years and you just came back recently, it is possible that someone created an account with the same IGN (in-game name) as you had before. In this situation we can not take the account from the player and force him to create another one.
