Suggestion:

Make mobs easier to transport​

Detailed description:

Mobs can be transported in minecarts and Players can sit on a boat with a mob in it​

Reason(s):

it will make mobs easier to transport for players.​

Example(s):

Players would not have to build long waterways or use fishing rod to move mobs back to any place they want the mobs to go​

In case nobody gets what 'waterway' means yet, there is one near the clan Strength(Survival)
(this does not have screeshots because i did not screenshot the 'waterway')

Well this feature is already added in 1.14, but what about us? (The 1.8/1.9/1.10/1.11/1.12/1.13 players)

you can use leads for other mobs but not villagers
and leads aren't very good at transporting mobs

Otherwise, support for versions before 1.9 would need to be removed since it's a boat compatibility issue.
