Make camping/excessive running punishable.​

Detailed description:

Camping, either by pearling on to a tree or structure, or climbing ontop of a tree or structure, or building yourself any sort of building in uhc should be dissalowed.​

Reason(s):

Camping/Running is not a skill based part of pvp and shouldn't be allowed. It is an unfair advantage to be able to camp and force a win in build uhc, or run in ranked sumo and just regenerate your hearts.​

Example(s):

Offence(s): 1st: Warn. 2nd: 1d I-Ban. 3rd: 3d Ip-Ban. 4th: 1w Ip-Ban. 5th: 3w Ip-Ban. 7th: Permanent Ip-ban.​
