i got baned when cheaptsh0t come to pvp and accuse me of using hacks

i was pvping when cheapsh0t saw me, i wasn't using hacks. he said that i was bowing an invisible player while being covered by blocks. i just saw sparkling particles down there thats why i aim at the tree. he's accusing me that time and i was going to use ts3 for ss but i accentdentally closed my launcher and i relaunch it and join back opfactions but it says that im banned for ESP(bowing invisible player, covered by blocks). im not using any hacks please help me :(
