I didn't receive my Donator mcmmo credits, money or faction power. Yesterday I bought a rankup to Donator+ and got my money. credits and faction power. Please staff, if you can give me my donator additionals.

From what I can understand, you think that your Donator power, mcmmo and money will carry over.
They won't
Instead you will simply be given the amount for the highest rank.
( Correct me if I misunderstood)

Sometimes purchases may take 10-15 minutes to come in but if you still have not received most definitely contact staff via team speak or discord. These are the best ways to got problems situated since you can engage in 1 to 1 interactions in the split of a second. Also, make sure you KEEP your proof of purchase so staff can see this when you need to provide proof you bought the items you are saying you got :)
