/Fix hand and /Fix all

/fix hand and /fix all are not helpful as it was before , because the cooldown.
if you can remove the cooldown for /fix hand and /fix all , it would me so much better .
allot of donators has Complained about this thing .
and i suggest to add /fix hand and /fix all sings in spawn for money , so non-donators players can fix Their stuff

/fix hand is annoying but makes it so you have to carry multiple sets making it more of a challenge, if /fix hand had no cool down sets would not make more of a challenge for the faction. /fix all, no way to overpowered in every scenario also if you want this to be viewed by more post in suggestions.

If there was no cooldown on /fix you could have like a sharp 5 wooden sword and repair it all the time so you can't lose it.
