Expand /rename's Whitelist​

Detailed description:

I'm glad that within Season 10 we got the better creative freedom in regards to our renames however I'd like to "bump" something I've brought to Wizardness: adding more items to the allowed list of items that can be renamed. Maces, Elytras, Flint and Steel, and just because, Brushes!​

Reason(s):

Although to a lesser degree compared to allowing formats, I do think in terms of quality of life, increasing the number of eligible items to be renamed is just as important to user expression and individuality (and by extension creativity). My reasoning for including the brush into this despite having absolutely(virtually) no PVP presence equation is because even shears are renameable so why not brushes.​
