Accepted Survival clans?

Detailed description:

Please simplify the new smp update or add a new guide on how to get initial money and how to claim land.​

Reason(s):

It's weirdly hard to play SMP because of the learning curve.​

also there's too much stuff.

For one, people aren't going to intuitively know (or care about) the difference between job rewards.

Featherboard + jobs popups + chat occupy half of the screen.

Clan claims is far removed from what people already understand about how to make a claim, add trust, or trade claimblocks.

Old claim system with golden shavol was good. Clan system is hard to understand, people says survival is now sparkle of faction server.

Jobs are just weird, all my bonusses are still 0%, I dont think there is any growth so there is no point in sticking to a job.
