Being able to join only the spawn with 1.8​

Detailed description:

Classic Skyblock and survival are 1.14+ gamemodes. This makes the players with gkits have to change gamemode to claim them(in most cases). It's mainly a problem in classic skyblock because the gamemode was 1.8 and many players had gkits there. ​

I propose a solution to this which is, allowing members in 1.8 to join the spawn and just the spawn because we can claim the gkits easily that way.​
