There is a rule "Negative use of disabilities/diseases" which, if reported with proof, then you might get a 7-day IP-Ban (1st offence). I would say telling this might fall under that rule, but again, it might not, so yeah, it's in the gray zone, but you won't get permanently muted or something... -

Reporting on Discord and forums is similar, just forums could be more transparent to players. Again, there will be a point where staff can respond faster in Discord, but it's just similar on both platforms, unless on Discord, you mass DM that staff.
