Accepted OP Factions Easier to make oceans

Suggestion:
Easier to make oceans​

Detailed description:
Pocket oceans - would be a water bucket (expencive one, would have the name Pocket Ocean) that would cover the whole chunk with water where u place it , basically a chunk buster, just doesn't remove the blocks, but makes all of the air gaps ,that are there into water (would make the place basically an ocean)
- suggested price for a bucket 1 Bilion +​

Reason(s):
It would make it easier to make oceans on the server, since now you have to gen ice from usually from y190 to y255 and slowly mine it from bottom to top.​

Ayo, after reviewing your suggestion, I decided to give you -1 due to the following reason(s):

• The ocean doesn't takes so long. You can make an ocean for one side for literally 5 minutes and its not expensive at all as the one you're suggesting.

If you say 5 minutes, you clearly don't know what an ocean is. Therefore your vote shouldn't be even counted. But sadly, here we are.
