Suggestion:
Limited Accounts
Detailed description:
Lower the limit for making new accounts from an IP address. The max should be around 3-5 accounts because of other people who are using the IP address. It seems like an appropriate amount to have. Although there is a limit I think that in my opinion it's just way too many accounts to have.
Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Reason:
The reason I am proposing this suggestion is because this can help reduce hackers from creating too many accounts and for the people are getting banned and creating a new account. I don't mind people going on other alts but if there just doing it to do exploits ... I don't think it should be nessesary.
Example:
I'm on my phone so I can't really show examples but the reason above shows the types of examples. :)
