My Custom+ Rank

So last DP 11/25/16 (Saturday), I won the Custom+ rank, thanks to the 4 prem keys, and the chat went crazy. I just want to ask why was it removed when other people still have theirs like CrazySteve97? I have nickname which means I had at least a rank that can /nick with colors.

nah the things is I didn't buy custom+ I just got it on the crates oh well gg

Yesterday, The admins who did the giveaway, didin't know that you could actually get a 150eur rank from a premuim key, they decided to remove the rank then.
If there is any players who got their ranks from the giveaway and still didin't get it removed I think you should report it.

- (That's what I understood from teamspeak).

I'm just a bit frustrated since it's my first time i joined the dp since in PH time, the dp is at 1 AM and and it's the first time I got lucky with something that big and to know that that was just a mistake by an admin is a bit disappointing. But I guess people, even in the higher positions, make mistakes. :) I hope that nothing ever happens like this again since I'm not the only person affected by this.

Pika is still the best server for me lol

Yeah, but put yourself at the place of the staff, they give many premuim keys without knowing you can actually get a 150eur rank!
It's too Op in my opinion.
They did the right things to remove the ranks.
