Global Add HCF as a new gamemode

-1 This gamemode is oddly similar to many gamemodes, many components mentioned here already exist. We have 2 faction gamemodes, The existing player base would be divided even more, no point in a third one. And, SkyPvP just released. I see no point of this 🤷♂️- JustSuperiorr
