Um..Hello so today i tried to join one of the servers on pika network and it said that i got...

Um..Hello so today i tried to join one of the servers on pika network and it said that i got banned.The reason was: 3+ banned accounts. I'm confused i got ban for no reason...i don't even have 3+ banned accounts i didn't to anything why did you banned me? Can you please unban me?
